the antidote to divisive AF health and wellness conversations that make you feel like you can’t diet but also don’t teach you how to feed yourself AND tell you you’re an anti-feminist ass if you feel bad about your body but also have no solutions for when you’re a farty, bloaty mess AND want to sell you overly complicated and expensive solutions but don’t explain why you keep doing the same weirdo, self-sabotagey shoite no matter how many products or superfoods you buy AND make you feel like taking care of your body will be an exhausting, anxiety-provoking, never-ending battle FOR LIFE when it could feel like a cozy cashmere sweater on a cool fall day… or, at the very least, a pair of pants that aren’t digging into your waist.
INTRODUCING THE HEALTHY-ISH LIFESTYLE
Revolutionize how you eat, move, and feel in your body (and jeans!)
Easily make food and exercise decisions that are GOOD for you. No more angst, self doubt, emotional eating, and rebellion. Learn how to say YES to things that feel good and a hard NO to the things that don’t.
Find your best body. You can stop obsessing! When you start eating in a way that’s right for you (and stop pounding bags of chips at 11pm) your best body FINDS YOU.
Work with your physiology + your human design. This is where we mush together the science and the woo to help you find the energy and radiance you’ve been searching for, in the easiest way possible.
Bring beauty and pleasure back into your life. It’s impossible to enjoy food, clothes, holidays, sex, dinner parties, and moments with your kids (or fur babies!) when you hate your body. I'm going to show you how to approach beauty and pleasure in a whole new way - from the clothes you wear to the art on your walls and the mug you put your coffee in - it's time to create a life that feels beautiful TO YOU.
Smash your scale. Ditch your carb tracker. Say bye-bye to body shame. And quit panic-ordering supplements on Instagram - this is your reset button.
Wake up every morning knowing what and when to eat. Have flexible parameters around food and movement that allow you to feel your best and manage health conditions, without giving up on all the adventure, joy (or croissants!) life has to offer. Know what supplements to add in, what boundaries to set, and how to work with your unique metabolism and energy system.
WELCOME TO YOUR HEALTHY-ISH LIFE
Meet the new Healthy-ish woman
Gone are the days of tracking calories and living in a half-starved state to fit into a lycra unitard. The Healthy-ish woman is well-fed and full of life. She’s also moved beyond quasi-intuitive eating. You know what I mean, right? That phase where you learn to ditch dieting and say yes to ALL foods but then live in a state of limbo - feeling low energy, low mood, a wee bit bloat-y, kind of intuitive and kind of “I have no idea what the hell my body is saying or why it wants 15 Oreos”… totally panicked every time you even think about saying no to a food that’s clearly bothering you. The Healthy-ish woman has left that phase behind and is a place of confident YESes AND NOs - she feeds herself with ease, eats for joy, and has learned to say no to the things that make her feel bad without feeling deprived. She feels a deep sense of pride about how she lives and cares for her body.

The Healthy-ish Method
THE FIVE TRIED AND TRUE PRINCIPLES OF A HEALTHY-ISH LIFE:
UNIQUENESS: you are not a math equation or health ideaology. You’re a dynamic, changeable, living being and your food, movement, and health recommendations MUST honour that.
CONNECTION: it’s HARD to stay connected to your body because of the stress of modern living and many of the (highly delicious but concentrated) foods you likely eat. A Healthy-ish life requires periodic resetting and recalibrating in order to connect to the wisdom of your body.
JOY: longevity is one part physiology and two parts enjoying the life you’ve built for yourself. If your wellness plan is at odds with joy, it’s never gonna last, no matter how good it sounds.
FLEXIBILITY: travel, cocktails (or mocktails!) and gossip, Friday night dinner parties, and early morning coffee dates are all part of a Healthy-ish life. Learning how to eat in a way that feels good in your body and LIFE requires the skill of thoughtfully setting rules and boundaries AND knowing how to strategically break them.
RESILIENCE: taking care of your body can be hard work! You need the skills to manage discomfort, challenge outdated ideals, stay true to your long-term desires, be flexible, and ride the ups and downs that are bound to happen on every health journey.
